Requirement Gathering:
- Perform requirement gathering to understand the basis of the requirements the approved
SOW effort estimation.
- Understand analyze requirements from all angles – Flow, API Integration Data
passing/saving.
Documentation
- Understanding and analyzing BRD (Business Requirement Document) API
documentation.
- Creation of FSD (Functional Specification Document), Flow Charts Use-case Model.
- Creation of water-tight documentation capturing requirements with no loopholes.
- Complete ownership of requirements/documentation phase.
Development Support
- Explanation of requirements or walk-through of requirements to development team.
- Perform testing verifying delivery as per the approved requirements.
Scope Delivery
- Understanding SOW (Scope of Work) for the project.
- Plan delivery of requirements with an easy minimum effort solution approach.
- Highlight/Escalate scope creep at the appropriate time.
Team Management
- Managing, and training grooming junior BAs to achieve the objectives of the BA team.
Relationship management with project stakeholders both internal-external, to manage the
expectations on all BA phase deliverables, and milestones requirements.
Providing weekly status reports and executive reports in PPT/dashboard to all stakeholders
project management team.
Required Expertise
Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
Drive to understand/decipher systems/workflows.
Knowledge experience with project controls, practices principles along with documentation
- BRD, SOW, FSD, SRS, Change Management Status Reports.
Experience working on digital projects such as CMS, E-Commerce platforms, custom MultiForm Websites, Mobile App, and UX-UI projects.
Knowledge of principles and practices of software development life cycles.
