Inside Sales Executive

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails to explore business

opportunities

  • Understand clients’ needs and requirements
  • Resolve potential clients’ questions and share additional information
  • Follow up diligently on interested leads
  • Upsell products and services once converted
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory
  • Update customer information in the database (CRM)
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

DESIRED PROFILE

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills (Telephonic conversations)
  • Lead generation ability
  • Experience in SaaS sales is an added advantage
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, rapidly evolving start-up environment
  • Should be target-driven and achievement-oriented.
  • Expert in Rapport building, self-motivated and fast learner
