WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails to explore business
opportunities
- Understand clients’ needs and requirements
- Resolve potential clients’ questions and share additional information
- Follow up diligently on interested leads
- Upsell products and services once converted
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory
- Update customer information in the database (CRM)
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
DESIRED PROFILE
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills (Telephonic conversations)
- Lead generation ability
- Experience in SaaS sales is an added advantage
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, rapidly evolving start-up environment
- Should be target-driven and achievement-oriented.
- Expert in Rapport building, self-motivated and fast learner
